Gastritis or Non working gallbladder?

The endoscopy results came up with Barret esophagus  with non dyspepsia, which is Gastritis. This is my 3rd endoscopy with the diagnostic results as  Gastritis and Hida scan has 0% ejection fraction. so bloating comes in different types.
1) Bloating in the whole stomach
2) Bloating on the left side under the rib bone
3) Bloating on the right side under the rib bone.
4) and frequent burping after having food.

but overall , the digestion is impacted. The gas is passing only through mouth instead of Anus. If the problem occurs from gastritis or Hida only god knows. My physician says to remove my gallbladder to see which is causing the problem, but this is not a mechanical part to  do trail /error.

Many physician at quora.com says non working gall bladders patients will also have gastritis. But there is many study which says taking the PPI which reduces the stomach acid eventually makes the gall bladder not to work. So at this movement i feel i need to fix my gastritis to see if the bloating resolves. My last resort is removing the GB. :(

plan.
1) Not eating acid foods less than ph level 4.
2) digestive enzymes
3) Probiotic
4) zinc carnosine
5) Yogurt
6) slippery elm
6) Minimal exercise.
