How things are going on in 2018
3/9/2018
In December 2017, i met the surgeon. He told my dizziness is nothing related to the gallbladder and advised to remove the GB. It has been 3 months since i met him things are gone only worse.
There is a frequent bloating/belching going on after eating foods especially the feeling of something stuck on the right side of my rib. No appetitie, anything eating makes worse and creates a lot of dizziness. Not sure this belching/burping is coming from barrets esophagus(without dysplesia) or gallbladder with stones.
Not sure how long i need to go though this horrible symptoms.
I wa going through all the blogs/forums across the internet and many are telling of lot post op issues like
1.gallstones reoccuring after gb removal in bile duct
2.stomach cramps/diarrhea/bloating
3.Getting dizziness
4.Pain in gallbladder removed area
5.gerd
6.Many more
Also, i came across an interesting blog where he healed his gallbladder with diet and food supplements.
https://keepingmygallby.wordpress.com/
if you look at the above poster, all his symptoms was only pain and gerd and i dont see any bloating/belching mentioned. Also the steps he has mentioned is very tough to follow in real life. But any one with who just got into problem can give a try if works.
My journey still goes on to keep my gallbladder or not . Also to remove here or in India.

Now i got gallstones
I got gallstones now!
During 2011, when i had my ultrasound and Hida scan , the results are 0% ejection fraction for HIDA and no stones in gallbladder. I took the ultrasound again as i was having severe burping and bloating on 10/24/17 then the results are i have gall stones. The picture shows around 4 to 6 gallstones in the gallbladder.
1)Did i really had biliary dyskensia or it was false positive?
2)Did i had stones earlier too but not deducted by ultrasound as this is operator driven or its is less than 2mm where ultrasound cannot capture.
3)Did i develop the stones in gallbladder recently?
4)Did i have a non working gallbladder and gallstones?
too many questions in my mind , but no concrete answers!.
Now the latest diagnosis is the Gastritis and Gallbladder stones.
My ultimate concern is the dizziness feeling i feel all the time when i look or turn around and with some amount of fatigue.
How do i explain this dizziness?
1) I feel pressure in my eyes like pulling in my eyes.
2) I feel pressure in my neck and face
3) focusing on any activity is very difficult
4) Confusion
5) Feel very tough to walk in areas with very dim light.
6) Blurry eyes(not sure if this due to me using my laptop and phone for long hours)
7) some times i also have an headache
8) Fatigue
9)very sensitive to light (Infact i have set my monitor birghtness level to 5 and below)
Only taking my gallbladder out will tell me above issues or due to that or not! I don't mind losing my gallbladder instead of living in the dizziness state for ever.Stay tuned!

Gastritis or Non working gallbladder?
The endoscopy results came up with Barret esophagus with non dyspepsia, which is Gastritis. This is my 3rd endoscopy with the diagnostic results as Gastritis and Hida scan has 0% ejection fraction. so bloating comes in different types.
1) Bloating in the whole stomach
2) Bloating on the left side under the rib bone
3) Bloating on the right side under the rib bone.
4) and frequent burping after having food.
but overall , the digestion is impacted. The gas is passing only through mouth instead of Anus. If the problem occurs from gastritis or Hida only god knows. My physician says to remove my gallbladder to see which is causing the problem, but this is not a mechanical part to do trail /error.
Many physician at quora.com says non working gall bladders patients will also have gastritis. But there is many study which says taking the PPI which reduces the stomach acid eventually makes the gall bladder not to work. So at this movement i feel i need to fix my gastritis to see if the bloating resolves. My last resort is removing the GB. :(
plan.
1) Not eating acid foods less than ph level 4.
2) digestive enzymes
3) Probiotic
4) zinc carnosine
5) Yogurt
6) slippery elm
6) Minimal exercise.

Trip to Children's museum and Indianapolis Zoo
My spouse was asking me to take her and my son for a vacation for a long time which i refused many times as the vacation is more than a day and i was wondering having a non working gall bladder and digestion issues how its going to be possible. I generally feel bit difficult driving in night and any bright light from back of the car makes me dizzy and imbalance. So i really want to take them for someplace though i was not feeling well.
Luckily my friend and his family also joined with us, so he did the entire driving up and down. I don't like to have any of the fried foods, so i came up with a plan to book the hotel with kitchen in it and majority of the time i avoided eating out side and had the cooked food from home and did some cooking in the hotel. However there are some times where i really need to snack some thing where i ate some muffins and veggie chips. Overall the trip went fine ,but bit exhaustive at the end as we were walking /standing for almost 3 to 5 hours.
This is some good time where my spouse and son enjoyed their time and i too forgot about my stomach issues though feeling tired majority of the time. Mission accomplished!.

My symptoms with non working gallbladder.
This is what happens to me everyday! -Symptoms
Once i get up in the morning, if feel extreme tired first. Then i go to toilet and after that i get lot of burps may be 5 to 10 burps. Then i have my bland diet at 8.00am which contains rice, beans and carrots. I reach at office around 8.30, around 9.30 to 10.00am after i start working in front of the computer, i will start getting an headache and feel some kind of pressure in face and eyes like pulling it, watery eyes and extreme tired and dizziness starts, my stomach is bloated and i also get urge to urinate. During this time, i can't focus on any work or talk to person one to one, then again the second round of burping and belching comes up at 11.00am and it reduces bit of dizziness and confusion.
Then at 11.00 am to 11.30 am though not feeling hungry, but lot of stomach acids i can feel. I use to have some Rice with vegetables, after having that it get extreme burps and fullness and again the heavy confusion and dizziness starts for 10 to 15 minutes, after that my pressure on the face and eyes are getting reduced and also feel less dizzi. However i can't eat further after it as i feel fullness and bloated.
some times i get sudden hunger where i need to eat some thing, otherwise again dizziness /confusion happens.
In the night, not much of good sleep as i will feel bloated and acidity while sleeping.
The above symptoms are happening daily and especially with bland diet. If i have fatty, fried or oily food, then its accompanied by pain on the right side near the gallbladder.
symptoms:
1) Bloated stomach, burping and belching
All the below symptoms started after having severe digestion issues.
2)Extreme tiredness
3)Pulling feeling in the eyes and face
4)Watering eyes and lot of yawning
5)Urge to urinate.
6)Confusion with lightheaded/dizziness with blurryvision.
7) very sensitive to light, moving from lighted area to bit darker and vice versa
8)Tingling in both of my foots.

Bilary dyskensia - Current lIfe -2017 #gallbladder not working no stones
Everyone might wonder what has happen to me after i wrote this blog in 2014 and currently how i'm doing. Please ignore my grammer and spelling issues as i dont have concentration or focus to correct it.
I still have my gallbladder intact and not gone for surgery.
After 2014, i went in to severe diet mode like avoiding eating fried foods, oil, proteins and increasing the exercise. This really helped me with my digestion issues , however i did not feel fully recovered. whenever in parties if i eat any restaurant food, i have to suffer for 2 to 3 weeks with digestion issues.
Around 2015, i asked my doctor to test my B12 vitamin levels as i was feeling dizzy and surprisingly it was very low where i need to take multiple vitamin B12 shots which some what helped my dizziness. After googling about B12 vitamin , it seems if your digestion is good , the B12 vitamin is automatically produced from your body. If not, then leads to vitamin deficiency. I also did a intristic test to rule out any disorder. It is nothing to do with if your are vegeterian or non vegeterian.
Around 2016, i joined the crossfit. Initially i'm not able to lift the bar, but as days progressed i was able to do bench press of 145 pounds and over head squat of 80 pounds and was able to do 20 pullups continuously. Daily went for 2 mile and 2 mile walk. I really pushed myself on this. But still suffering with digestion if i eat protein, fatty or oily foods. I may have to take a 1 or 2 week break to cross fit.At this point, my digestion was ok , but still i have to completely stay away from fatty foods. I still suffer with bit of unbalance and dizzy and discomfort to light.
Around 2016 September end, i got injury in my right shoulder doing a kettle bell for one of the exercise and i took a long break and eventually stopped going to crossfit and for 3 months i eat in restaurant every other week (after so much diet control , seems i started craving for these kind of foods).
Around 2017, my digestion issues got a sever hit. From March 2017 to August 2017 i had a loose stools /diarrahea for almost 6 months . some times i go 2 to 3 times a day or 2 times a day. I'm really not sure what is going on, i eventually ended up doing colonoscopy and endoscopy and the results came back as gastritis (These are the same results when i took my endoscopy in 2011). Doctor prescribed colipostal and finally my diarrhea stopped and for the past 2 weeks i feel my stools are completely passing out.It is a bile salt misabsorption. I don't feel any stools still in my body which is a good feel. However still my digestion issues (Bloating, belching, burping and slight pain in the right side of the abdomen and finally the lightheadness/dizziness) are still there.
I'm really back to square one as i was feeling in 2013. My ultimate worry is more on the Dizziness/light headness and blurry vision that i get when i have digestion issue compared to my belching and burping. Doctor says these are not related , but i feel some way they are related. Is there any one who is having non working gall bladder and have dizziness/light headness and blurry vision, please do comment it??
Mental issues : -
So far i talked about the physical pains i go through, however there is a lot of mental issues that i go through .
1. My spouse is totally bored with me as i say i have digestion issues every time and literally she does not like to hear any thing from me. There were lot of quarrels on this issue on a monthly basis like why to get married when you have these kind of issues. Lazy guys, etc ---its endless.
2. Cannot go for in person meeting in work as looking here and there causes me dizziness.
3. My mind always think at the back ground on when my digestion issues will be resolved and not able to concentrate on anything.
decision ??:
By going through this issues for almost 8 years(where it got severe) what i feel is. The gall bladder has really gone worst day by day and it brings new host of problems. At this point (when writing this blog) i feel i need to right away go for gallbladder surgery and take it out. But online stories shows lot of horror stories and complication, but does not talk about good stories( because when you get complete cure , you wont come to online and write to a blog, you just move on). If my gall bladder surgery goes well and i get complete cure, then i have wasted my precious 8 years working about it. If after surgery, this remains the same, then thats ok i will think thats my fate, but i don't want to run in to complication. But ultimately i came to the conclusion that the gall bladder has to be removed one day if its not working or you need to follow a fat/protein/oil free diet throughout your life. I don't have any sever pain so far but with dull pain on right side rib cage always.I need to decide which day it is.(Currently my spouse does not allow me to go under surgery worrying about complications) .I have ordered for bile salts to see if my digestion improves(Many research shows bile salt works, but also cautions that you might get diarrhea)
Temporary relief:-
1) cummin and fennel seeds boiled in water and drinking it expels the gas out of stomach and it gives temprorary relief.
2) following fat free diet(no oil,fat, protein)
please do comment:
1)I like to hear good stories after removing your non working gall bladder and how do you feel after some years, please do mention with your age and weight ??
2)Are you taking bile salts ?
3) Is the light headness/dizzines/blurry vision are gone and energy is back ?

Bilary Dyskinesia - life after my vacation
I'm back after my vacation, during my vacation time in India.I visited several doctors including family medicine and Gastroentrologist. My family doctor was suggesting to get rid of gall bladder , however the Gastro felt there is no immediate need to remove gall bladder.I took the ultrasound scan again to see if there are any stones formed, but don't find any stones.
I tried few alternative medicines like ayurvedha, they where insisiting not to remove GB,i tried their medicine for a week, i was getting a burning sensation all over the stomach and i was not able to do any task . i was suffering for a day.I went 3 times to toilet frequently.so i stopped ayurvedic medicine. as i thought things are going worse and also i need to start back to USA,after that i felt somewhat OK, my diaherria got stopped and stomach issues where gone for almost 2 to 3 weeks .Now i'm back in USA, i had my pizza , now all the issues started again. Will update more ....
